I write you to provide last-minute logistical information. Please read it carefully.
(1) Meeting file
We will hand out the meeting file and other items, including the SYLFF 20th Anniversary Celebration program and your name tag at the information counter
near the reception desk of Hotel Skt. Petri on and during the following dates and hours:
January 15 (Mon) 16:00-20:00
January 16 (Tue) 07:00-09:00
Please pick these up at your convenience.
After 9:00 a.m. on January 16, we will leave the files and other items at the reception desk of Hotel Skt. Petri.
Please pick these up at the reception desk at your earliest convenience.
(2) Meeting point on Tuesday, January 16 (also refer to Program)
Morning (SYLFF 20th Anniversary Celebration)
Meet in the lobby of Hotel Skt. Petri (1st floor at the top of the escalators) at 9:30 a.m. to proceed by foot (5 minute walk)
to Festsalen on the Main Campus of the University of Copenhagen.
Evening (SYLFF 20th Anniversary Dinner)
Meet in the lobby of Hotel Skt. Petri (1st floor at the top of the escalators) at 6:50 p.m. to proceed by foot (5 minute walk)
to Festsalen, Main Campus of the University of Copenhagen.
If you cannot meet us at the times mentioned above, please refer to the map,
which is also enclosed in your meeting file, and join us at the University.
