In this program, we will carry out the realization and implementation of a mechanism for analyzing and generating communication and nudges for action based on Responsible AI as part of data science education, and in the process identify the elements necessary for human resource development for data scientists. In the process, we will identify the necessary elements for human resource development of data scientists, and propose the results as a policy proposal for human resource development of data scientists who can implement Responsible AI in society.

In order to realize and scale up the data science and AI society, The one of the most important issue is to establish design and development methods that ensure the reliability and accountability of data science and AI. In particular, we focus on the accountability of Responsible AI, which can be solved by technology, and realize a mechanism to present the rationale for nudges generated and derived by AI as needed by users. When the accountability of AI is guaranteed, the reliability will also be enhanced.

Furthermore, in order to realize a data science and AI society and scale it to all fields, it is important to train data scientists who can implement Responsible AI in society. We will identify the elements necessary for the human resource development of data scientists in the process of realizing and implementing a mechanism for analyzing and generating communication and nudges for action based on Responsible AI, and make policy recommendations on the results as a concrete human resource development method.
