Northwestern University's Department of Economics has posted a news item identifying Chief Scientific Adviser Kiminori Matsuyama, a professor in the department, as one of the supporting authors of the Tokyo Foundation for Policy Research's Emergency Proposals on Addressing the Economic Fallout from the Coronavirus Crisis.
